Tina Khatri is Chief Executive Officer of TDK Construction Company, where she leads the company's strategy, operations, and continued growth. Since joining TDK in 2008, she has helped evolve the business through stronger systems, expanded capabilities, and a continued focus on long term client relationships.

Prior to TDK, Tina worked with Huron Consulting Group. She earned her BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Accounting, bringing a strong business and financial perspective to her leadership of the company.

As CEO, Tina is focused on positioning TDK for its next chapter while preserving the personal service and accessibility that have long distinguished the company. She remains closely involved with clients and teams throughout the project lifecycle and is committed to building a company known as much for how it works with people as for what it builds.

Beyond TDK, Tina is active in Houston's business and commercial real estate community. She serves as a Trustee of the Eternal Gandhi Museum Houston, is a cofounder of the South Asian Women Entrepreneurs Alliance, and serves on the Board of Directors of CREW Houston.

Dan Khatri founded TDK Construction Company in 1993, bringing a deeply technical and hands on approach to construction that has shaped the company for more than three decades.

With more than 50 years of experience in construction and civil engineering, Dan's expertise spans project management, field supervision, design, and construction operations. Before founding TDK, he spent 18 years with Spaw Glass Construction as a Project Manager and Superintendent, overseeing major commercial and institutional projects throughout Texas.

Dan earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. His depth of field experience and technical knowledge have been instrumental in establishing TDK's standards for quality and execution.

Today, Dan remains actively involved in the company, lending his experience to complex construction challenges and providing guidance to TDK's project teams.
